plane.
city bus no. 28 will take you to the main bus station in the city centre in about 45 minutes for 4€. the bus runs every hour. tickets can be purchased on bus.
there are also some private shuttle services which will cost more but get you to the centre faster.
a taxi ride to the city will cost you about 35€.
once you get to the main bus/train station /same location/ there is only a 10 minute walk ahead, but you can also take the city bus no. 2, 9, 23 or 27 to the main post office /3rd stop/, cross the main square /prešernov trg/ and emmi is just across the river - the green building on your right.
