emmi’s accessories /linens, towels/ should not be taken outside nor should they be used for cleaning.
flammable/explosive objects are strictly forbidden.
when leaving the apartment, close the windows, turn off all electric appliances and water taps.

in case of any damage to emmi property, either on purpose or by accident, the guest responsible will have to make restitution for the full amount of the damage caused. if the guest does not report the damage upon deprature and pay the full cost personally, it will be charged on the his credit card in the maximum period of 48h after his departure.
please inform us immediately of any defects / possible dissatisfactions you may find and the loss of the key.

emmi staff is not entitled to enter the premises without prior announcement, except in case of suspicion of possible danger or serious violation of house rules.
