emmi requires credit card details in order to guarantee and pre-authorise your reservation. emmi reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation soon after your booking.
to cancel your reservation, there are some time limits:
7 full days prior the booked date /or earlier/:
for a 50% refund, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to emmi’s local check-in time on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. for example, if your check-in is on friday, the cancellation should be made by friday of the previous week before the determined check-in.
less than 7 days:
if the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the reservation is not refunded.
during your stay:
if the guest decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
